This is the information for Boss Cellular APN Settings

APN Programming Instruction (Data/Internet/MMS) -

In order for Data to work the customer must change the APN settings.  To initiate service, there are different options depending on the Network chosen.

Boss Cellular - PCS = Sprint Network (automatic)

  • Select the ‘update profile’ option in the settings menu of the device.
Boss Cellular - CDMA = Verizon Network (automatic)

  • Call *22890 from the device.
  • Options include: *228 or *22891
Sprint & Verizon (Manual Programming) – most devices
If the phone does not automatically program with the above options, the customer will need to manually program with the following steps:  Log into: MyBossCellular.com account with their user name and password.  Find the section “Device Information” on the dashboard.

  1. On the phone’s dial pad enter MSL # (For Verizon the standard MSL is 000000.)
  2. Select Edit (from options View/Edit/Done).
  3. Enter the MDN (mobile device number).
  4. Enter the MSID (also called MIN).
  5. Click Save/Done.  Phone may restart.
